Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong understanding of industry best practices and recruitment strategies. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates using various online platforms and networking techniques. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
