Sales Operations Coordinator

Ally Waste Services is a fast-growing, nationally recognized premium valet trash and recycling provider. They are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Coordinator to support their sales team by managing vendor bills, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Invoice Auditing: Review and digest nationwide hauler invoices to ensure billing accuracy and identify avoidable expenses
  • Cost Mitigation: Outline avoidable charges (e.g., contamination fees, overage charges) and compare them against Ally Home data to flag and dispute errors
  • Evidence Collection: Contact waste haulers to request visual evidence (photos) to dispute unverified overage or contamination fees
  • CRM Data Management: Upload invoices and input highly accurate hauler configurations, rates, and customer contact details into Salesforce and Ally Home
  • Data Cleanup: Audit and reconcile existing customer and vendor entries created during the sales cycle to ensure structural data integrity
  • Vendor & Regulatory Liaison: Call haulers to determine waste configurations, track contract terms, and review nationwide local waste legislation and compliances

Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, data entry, operations, or sales support role
  • Basic familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is highly preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Proven ability to spot small discrepancies in numbers, invoices, or legal contracts
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong written communication skills for negotiating with haulers and coordinating with the sales team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field is a plus
  • Salesforce experience is highly preferred
  • Prior exposure to waste management, logistics, or property management is a plus but not required
