Responsibilities
- Making outgoing calls, emails, texts and chats from clients
- Explain and update benefit options
- Maintain accurate records and policy details
- Provide excellent service with a friendly attitude
- Collaborate with a virtual team and hit daily goals
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated and coachable attitude
- Must be willing to get Licensed in Life and Health Insurance
- Ability to work independently
- Must be 18+
- Must pass a background check
