Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Greet every guest with a warm smile, anticipate their needs, and provide courteous, efficient assistance throughout the shopping journey.
  • Operate Point‑of‑Sale Systems: Accurately scan items, process cash, credit, and digital payments, handle voids, returns, exchanges, and promotional discounts in compliance with arenaflex policies.
  • Promote Product Knowledge and Upselling: Recommend complementary items, suggest upgrades, and share information about ongoing promotions to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Maintain Store Presentation: Keep aisles, checkout counters, and display shelves clean, organized, and fully stocked; execute merchandising plans, seasonal resets, and promotional setups.
  • Inventory Management: Receive shipments, perform stock rotation using FIFO (first‑in, first‑out) principles, and assist with inventory counts and replenishment tasks as directed by the shift lead.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to state and local regulations for controlled items such as alcohol and tobacco; follow arenaflex loss‑prevention procedures to minimize shrinkage.
  • Photo Services Support: Operate photo printing equipment, assist customers with digital photo uploads, and provide guidance on photo product options.
  • Online Order Fulfillment: Process in‑store pickup orders, locate items, and communicate order status to customers in a timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments, share best practices, and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture.

Essential Qualifications
