  • Manage Reservations and Itineraries: Assist passengers with new flight bookings, modifications to existing reservations, cancellations, upgrades, and itinerary changes.   • Handle Baggage Inquiries: Respond to questions regarding checked baggage policies, baggage fees, tracking lost or delayed luggage, and initiating claims when necessary. Coordinate with baggage services and other departments to provide timely resolutions.
  • Support Check-In Operations: Guide passengers through online and mobile check-in procedures, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a smooth pre-flight experience for every traveler.
  • Provide Travel Information: Share detailed and accurate information about flight schedules, destinations, gate assignments, weather-related delays, travel restrictions, visa requirements, and airline policies. Be a trusted source of knowledge for passengers.
