What You'll Do: Core Responsibilities

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as a critical touchpoint between our clients and their customers. Your work will combine problem-solving, empathy, and professional communication to deliver memorable service experiences. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Resolving Complex Consumer Issues: Handle high-level consumer concerns and inquiries with excellent decision-making skills, innovative thinking, and strict adherence to company and departmental guidelines.
  • Advising First-Level Representatives: Serve as a knowledgeable resource to support team members in navigating escalated or challenging customer interactions.
  • Billing Support: Assist policyholders with a wide range of billing questions and concerns, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely resolution.
  • Policy Change Assistance: Process and manage policy change requests submitted by policyholders, maintaining precision and attention to detail.
  • Tailored Recommendations: Support policyholder needs by evaluating their situations and recommending adjustments to coverage, billing arrangements, or service options as necessary.
  • Documentation and Follow-Up: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in compliance with company standards.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Requirements

At arenaflex, we seek individuals who are courageous, curious, and committed to delivering excellence in everything they do. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following essential requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience (any industry).
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Comfortable navigating desktop computer systems and standard office software.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
  • Strong logical problem-solving abilities and sound judgment under pressure.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • At least 6 months of call center or contact center experience.
  • Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or related industries.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities (a strong plus given our global footprint).

Work-From-Home Technical & Environmental Requirements

Since this is a remote role, you'll need a reliable home office setup. The following are mandatory:

  • Internet Connection:
    • Minimum subscribed download speed of 12.0 Mbps or higher.
    • Minimum subscribed upload speed of 3.0 Mbps or higher.
    • ISP must demonstrate no packet loss and ping latency under 50ms.
    • Proof of internet speed (speed test screenshot) will be required.
  • Workspace: A clean, quiet, and professional workspace free from distractions, suitable for handling customer calls confidentially.
  • Equipment: A reliable computer (Windows OS) and a quality headset (provided or specified by arenaflex).
