MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Remote Medical Live Scribe! We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Medical Live Scribe to join our team. The Medical Scribe will work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to document patient encounters in real-time, allowing providers to focus more on direct patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing a career in healthcare, especially those interested in medicine, nursing, or physician assistant programs.About the account DrCatalyst DrCatalyst (DrC) is a remote healthcare staffing organization that has over 750 billable staff from the Philippines.Work Schedule and Arrangement Night shift PHT, Full time, Remote work for those outside Cebu provinceResponsibilities Accurately and efficiently document patient history, physical exams, assessments, treatment plans, lab results, and follow-up instructions into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Assist providers during patient examinations by entering information into the EHR in real-time. Organize and maintain patient charts and other medical documentation. Review and verify provider documentation for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure accurate patient information and timely communication. Handle confidential patient information with the utmost discretion and comply with HIPAA regulations. Perform other administrative and clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications
