Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound & Inbound Communication: Initiate outbound calls, send follow‑up emails, and respond promptly to inbound inquiries, providing clear and courteous assistance.
  • Customer Database Management: Update and maintain the customer contact database, ensuring that service logs, account details, and interaction histories are accurate and up‑to‑date.
  • Administrative Support: Create and refresh profile pages, manage filing systems, and generate essential documents such as reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
  • Ticket Creation & Enhancement: Log, track, and improve customer service tickets, escalating issues when necessary to guarantee timely resolution.
  • Mail Coordination & Project Assistance: Organize all mail related to the client support process, assist with special projects, and handle overflow tasks involving word processing, data entry, and internet research.
  • Virtual Reception Duties: Greet virtual visitors, vendors, and job applicants, direct them to the appropriate contacts, and notify team members of arrivals or scheduled meetings.
  • General Office Operations: Perform a variety of office tasks, including data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailing, and project support, while adhering to arenaflex’s standards of excellence.
