Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst to join our remote support team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, leveraging data‑driven insights and operational expertise to resolve complex service issues, improve processes, and enhance overall satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize arenaflex’s proprietary tools and platforms to configure, create, and execute cost‑effective solutions that address customer inquiries and resolve service disruptions.

  • Analyze customer and operational performance data to identify opportunities for process improvement and strategic enhancements.
  • Maintain proactive, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders (operations, logistics, compliance, technology) and external partners, presenting data‑based recommendations on a regular cadence.
  • Audit and correct data accuracy issues, including pricing, origin, unit of measure, and order details.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather supporting documentation for import/export clearance and ensure seamless freight movement.
  • Support contract negotiation processes and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute customs import control procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and document process controls, record‑keeping, and audit readiness for import operations.
  • Apply quality‑management principles to identify improvement opportunities, recommend solutions, and influence senior leadership decisions.
  • Occasionally travel to arenaflex hubs or client sites as required to support critical initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in external customer issue resolution, preferably within a logistics or transportation environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with business intelligence and analytics applications (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across diverse teams.
