The Executive Support Analyst position is a cornerstone of arenaflex’s Business Innovation Services team. This team is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery and support of critical business technology services across the entire arenaflex enterprise and its subsidiaries. By ensuring seamless IT service delivery to senior leaders and key business units, you will directly influence the efficiency, reliability, and strategic impact of arenaflex’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery & Support: Provide daily IT services and solutions to senior executives, including incident resolution, problem analysis, and proactive service improvement.
  • End‑to‑End Monitoring: Track the full lifecycle of service requests, proactively communicate status updates, and deliver alternative solutions when needed.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Liaise with multiple vendors and internal service teams to resolve complex issues that affect business continuity.
  • Customer Satisfaction Management: Ensure that all service incidents are addressed promptly and that executive expectations are consistently met.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Base: Maintain detailed service documentation, create knowledge articles, and contribute to the internal knowledge repository.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, recommend best‑practice solutions, and support the rollout of new technologies.
  • Project Support: Assist Project Management Office (PMO) leads and engineers with implementation activities, adhering to the executive and broader user community’s requirements.
  • Compliance & Standards: Follow arenaflex policies, procedures, and standards to ensure secure and compliant service delivery.
  • Home‑Based IT Support: Provide remote assistance for designated executive users, including troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • After‑Hours & On‑Call Duty: Participate in on‑call rotations to support critical incidents, high‑priority events, and executive‑driven projects outside regular business hours.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in an IT support role, or 7 years of progressive experience in a related technical environment.
  • Proven ability to handle executive‑level support calls with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work independently while maintaining clear and concise documentation of activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business/technical data and devise innovative solutions.
  • Experience managing priorities in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments while maintaining reliability and accuracy.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into language that aligns with the executive audience’s level of technical expertise.
  • Physical ability to lift, transport, and set up computer equipment as required.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Hands‑on experience with a broad range of technologies, including Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Cisco VoIP, VPN, Citrix, virtualization platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools such as SCCM, JAMF Casper, SAP, SharePoint, and project collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Jira).
  • Knowledge of video‑conferencing and A/V equipment in a project‑based setting.
  • Experience supporting remote and mobile device management solutions.
  • Understanding of network printing, home/SOHO networking, and endpoint encryption technologies.
