[Remote] Work From Home: Tech Support + Customer Service

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. teleNetwork is seeking qualified Product Support Specialists for immediate openings. In this role, you will solve technical issues for customers and service center agents by troubleshooting and investigating problems, while also prioritizing and escalating issue reports and proactively identifying support needs.

Skills

  • Own Desktop or Laptop
  • Prior call center experience (not required but definitely a plus)
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Own USB Wired Headset
  • Own Webcam on intended work computer
  • 15” screen or larger (and/or multiple monitors)
  • Windows Users: Windows 11 or newer
  • Dual Core Processors must be at least 2 GHz
  • Quad Core Processors must be at least 1.6 GHz
  • 3GB of RAM or higher
  • DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet with 2mbps download, 1mbps upload
  • A direct Ethernet connection and ideally less than 100ms ping or jitter
  • Authenticator apps are required (smartphone or tablet)
  • Smartphone must operate on Android 8.0 or later, or iPhoneOS 16.0 or later
  • Tablet must run Android 8.0 or higher, or iPadOS 15.0 or later
  • No fixed wireless, hotspot, or satellite internet accepted
  • Private workspace that is quiet and distraction free during shifts
  • Ability to type at least 40 WPM with 80% or higher accuracy
  • Willingness to learn
