Responsibilities
- Drive high-priority product initiatives. Work on some of the company’s most important product opportunities and challenges. Take ownership of complex initiatives, coordinate across functions, and help ensure excellent execution
- Improve products customers love. Identify opportunities to create more value for customers. Analyze user behavior, conduct research, define product improvements, and bring them to life
- Leverage AI and automation. Use AI extensively to accelerate product discovery, decision-making, experimentation, execution, and customer understanding
Skills
- Strong product backgrounds or outstanding business judgment
- Reasoning ability to solve complex problems and structure ideas sharply
- Strong technical foundation in finance and comfort with financial models, analyzing business performance, and reasoning about budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and investment trade-offs
- Extremely ambitious with initiative, effort, and tenacity
- Team spirit, supporting the best idea and being reliable, honest, and transparent
- Proficiency in English, reading, writing, and speaking
- Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply
