Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives
Techedin is a global IT staffing and technology services firm helping enterprises build high-performance tech teams. We are hiring for a Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives who will support cross-functional engineering initiatives and improve collaboration and operational effectiveness across teams. The selected candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of various strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate strategic initiatives across multiple engineering teams and stakeholder groups
- Help define objectives, monitor progress, and maintain momentum across ongoing programs
- Track action items, commitments, decisions, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution
- Create visibility into initiative status, milestones, and outcomes
- Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional discussions
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, summaries, and follow-up actions
- Help teams move from discussions and ideas to clear decisions and next steps
- Support planning sessions, retrospectives, alignment workshops, and working groups
- Assist with engineering forums, internal events, community programs, and collaboration initiatives
- Improve communication and information sharing across teams and departments
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance operational effectiveness
- Use collaboration and visualization tools to support planning, communication, and execution
- Explore and leverage AI-powered tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency
- Support leadership teams with visibility into organizational priorities and strategic initiatives
Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in program management, project coordination, operations, consulting, product operations, engineering operations, community leadership, or related areas
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders or teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently follow through on commitments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience working within technology, software development, or engineering organizations
- Experience facilitating workshops, brainstorming sessions, retrospectives, planning discussions, or stakeholder meetings
- Familiarity with facilitation approaches such as Design Thinking, Lean Coffee, Open Space Technology, Liberating Structures, or similar frameworks
- Experience using collaboration tools such as Miro, Mural, Lucid, Luma, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Experience using AI tools to support communication, content creation, research, meeting preparation, or productivity workflows
- Experience organizing internal communities, events, forums, working groups, or cross-functional initiatives
- Background in consulting, operations, organizational effectiveness, community building, or technical environments
