  • Achieve a filing throughput of 55 pages per hour while preserving data integrity and compliance with arenaflex policies.
  • Prioritize daily workloads, resolve routine issues independently, and escalate complex problems to supervisors as needed.
  • Research patient information using internal systems to verify Medical Record Numbers, identifiers, and relevant medical terminology.
  • Conduct quality assurance activities, including spot‑checks and audit trails, to ensure ongoing compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Coordinate with providers to review scanned documents, following accepted protocols for validation and sign‑off.
  • Demonstrate a positive, customer‑focused attitude in all interactions with internal teams, external partners, and patients.
  • Identify personal development opportunities, share knowledge openly, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED (required).
  • General understanding of medical terminology, including familiarity with diagnostic and therapeutic studies, specialty names, and common abbreviations.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting, with strong PC proficiency.
  • Prior experience working with Electronic Health Record systems; Hyland OnBase Unity Client experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly, warmly, and concisely.
