Ascella Technologies is looking for an Interface Lead to support the modernization of legacy financial management capabilities for a federal agency. By collaborating on the integration architecture, you will help ensure stable transaction flows between external systems and a modern cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform. Your work directly contributes to improving daily operational efficiency and data integrity across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Integration Delivery: Lead a high-performing technical team through the complete analysis, design, development, and testing of complex batch and real-time interface programs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary engineering liaison with systems integrators and legacy asset owners, translating functional requirements into approved Interface Control Documents (ICDs). Agile Governance: Champion Lean-Agile delivery within a structured Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), converting user stories into scalable, production-ready integration builds. Must-Have Skills (Required) U.S. Citizenship required Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university 10+ years of experience in federal financial management systems, including a minimum of 5 years explicitly leading interface development teams for enterprise-scale software deployments. Proven, hands-on experience designing and developing both batch and real-time interfaces specifically for CGI Momentum products. 2+ years of experience successfully directing technical teams within an Agile or SAFe framework. Mastery of designing, updating, and finalizing comprehensive Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM).

Skills (Preferred) Familiarity with enterprise service bus (ESB) technologies, Red Hat JBoss EAP, or Red Hat Fuse architectures. Experience converting manual test frameworks into automated regression testing scripts.
