Responsibilities/Qualifications Job Summary: The Senior Product Manager, Network & Information Services (N&IS), drives the vision, roadmap, and delivery of solutions that enable seamless, standards-based interoperability across emergency communications ecosystems, including carrier networks and satellite. This role ensures reliable exchange of emergency signaling, location, and multimedia data, with a focus on resilient communications through satellite-enabled routing, failover, and network augmentation. Working within Intrado’s product model, you will partners cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Network Operations, Product Operations, and external telecom and satellite partners. They lead initiatives from concept to launch through PLM stage gates, with success measured by network interoperability, system resiliency, reduced routing failures, regulatory compliance, and reliable performance in real-world emergency scenarios. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Roadmaps: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining milestones and timelines for product development Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launches Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members to drive efficiency and innovation Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape Analyze customer feedback, behavior, and market data to make informed decisions and adjustments to product strategies Product Development: Lead the product development process from ideation to release, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities User Experience and Design: Work closely with the design team to create user-centric and intuitive product experiences Advocate for the importance of user experience and usability in product development Metrics and Performance: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of product launches Analyze product performance data to make data-driven decisions and optimize product features Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements Communicate product updates and roadmap progress to stakeholders, including executives Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, including delivery of complex, user-facing products within SaaS, telecommunications, or mission-critical network environments Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business and operational outcomes Strong understanding of NG911 standards, ESInet, SIP, i3 architecture, and network interoperability requirements preferred Experience building business cases for network-based or public safety systems, including ROI, scalability, and regulatory considerations Experience mentoring or leading product team members Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and product management tools (e.g., roadmapping, backlog, and analytics tools) Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions in performance-sensitive environments Total Rewards Want to love where you work?
