  • Assist clinicians in the complete medication procurement process, from initial order through final delivery confirmation
  • Complete comprehensive verification processes to ensure quality patient care through meticulous data review and accurate data entry
  • Navigate efficiently between various software systems to facilitate seamless communication and timely completion of assignments
  • Accurately document and include all necessary information when assisting clinicians with hospice patient medication requirements
  • Maintain thorough and compliant patient profile documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

Quality Assurance and Peer Collaboration

  • Participate in the second-check verification process of peer's work to ensure accuracy and patient safety
  • Maintain a consistently high level of productivity while never compromising the quality of care delivered
  • Work cooperatively with fellow Concierge team members and collaborate effectively with various teams throughout the arenaflex organization
  • Assist in training new team members as assigned, sharing knowledge and best practices to strengthen the entire team

Pharmacy Partner Communication and Coordination

  • Proactively call in patient prescription refills to designated dispensing pharmacies, ensuring continuity of medication supply

  • Communicate both directly and indirectly within the arenaflex organization and with hospice partners via multiple channels including chat, email, phone calls, and patient profile documentation
