Position Overview

This full‑time, remote position offers an 8‑hour workday with a competitive salary of $75,000 per year. You will join a collaborative, cross‑functional team that includes senior leadership, compliance experts, third‑party administrators (TPAs), and internal stakeholders. Your primary focus will be the daily administration of the 401(k) plan, ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional associate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan Administration & Compliance: Manage enrollment requests, monitor plan eligibility, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Data Management: Enter, validate, and reconcile large data sets related to retirement benefits, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership, TPAs, and internal teams to develop and deliver training, communications, and process improvements.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance system efficiency.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular reports for management, track key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights.
  • Issue Resolution: Address escalated inquiries, resolve data discrepancies, and support appeals cases with professionalism and empathy.

Essential Qualifications
