About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to join our on‑site team in Valdosta, GA. In this pivotal position, you will be the voice of arenaflex, delivering seamless support to our clients’ customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as digital channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound outreach to address customer inquiries promptly.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a call‑center or similar environment.
  • Strong computer literacy—proficient with Windows OS, web browsers, and standard office software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Residency within a 40‑mile radius of the Valdosta, GA site to ensure reliable on‑site attendance.
  • Demonstrated integrity, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.

  • Experience with multi‑channel support (chat, email, social media) is highly desirable.
