- Work within Snowflake and Databricks environments alongside data engineering and analytics teams to streamline data workflows.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of data sources, transformation logic, and reporting requirements.
- Respond to internal data requests promptly, providing accurate extracts and visualizations as needed.
- Support the presentation of research findings, contributing to business discussions that drive product enhancements.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in SVOD, In‑Home entertainment, and consumer behavior to proactively suggest new research angles.
- Participate in a hybrid work schedule: collaborative on‑site sessions Monday‑Thursday and remote work on Fridays.
Essential Qualifications

- Strong quantitative reasoning and analytical thinking, with a track record of turning raw data into meaningful business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering concise visual presentations to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
- Experience handling large data sets and familiarity with cloud‑based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) is highly desirable.

- Graduate‑level coursework or a master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Background in consumer research—either on the client side (market research agencies) or on the product side (tech or media companies).
- Experience cleaning and preparing raw data for analysis, including handling missing values, outliers, and data normalization.
- Understanding of subscription‑based business models and the metrics that drive growth (ARPU, churn, LTV, etc.).
