Position Overview

arenaflex is currently hiring a Remote Innovation Analyst & Data Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Technology Office. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity based in Texas, USA, offering a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour with a standard eight-hour workday. The selected candidate will function as an Innovation Investigator Associate, rotating through specialized Groups within our Technology ecosystem, including Air Operations, Customer and Business, Platform Quality Management, and People and Finance portfolios.

Key Responsibilities and Day-to-Day Duties

As an Innovation Analyst at arenaflex, your responsibilities will span multiple domains. While the scope of work may vary depending on your assigned Group, the following duties represent the core of what you will be doing:

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate directly with business users to conduct thorough requirements analysis relative to systems and business processes, translating stakeholder needs into high-quality technical solutions.
  • Solution Alignment: Ensure that all proposed solutions align with internal tooling standards, established business procedures, and departmental best practices, while complying with arenaflex's quality and governance frameworks.
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Manage timelines for planning, development, coding, testing, and execution to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and within approved budgets.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a vital communication bridge between business stakeholders and Technology Teams, facilitating clear, consistent, and effective dialogue across all project phases.
  • Quality Assurance Participation: Actively participate in systems testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing activities to validate the integrity and performance of new and existing applications.
  • Group-Specific Contributions: Contribute to specialized initiatives depending on placement, such as testing applications used by frontline operational Teams or supporting innovative product launches that generate new business revenue streams.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Assist in the development and presentation of metrics that showcase project progress, ensuring leadership remains informed about testing outcomes and quality benchmarks.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation of processes, test cases, and findings to support ongoing knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within arenaflex.

Group Placement Opportunities at arenaflex

Platform Quality Management Office (QMO)

Our Quality Management Office operates within the Technology space with a primary focus on the application side. This team is responsible for ensuring the quality of the applications that our frontline Teams depend on for their daily operations. Without rigorous quality assurance, these applications could experience issues that disrupt critical operations. As a member of QMO, you will work closely with Case teams, including Scrum Masters, Engineers, and Product Owners, to test applications as they are being developed. Your work will help showcase progress through metrics and ensure management understands the effectiveness of our testing strategy.

Customer and Business Team

This team is on the forefront of creating new, revenue-generating products beyond our core offerings. This is a fast-paced, highly focused enterprise initiative where you will have the opportunity to learn about both the travel industry and broader business strategy. Your contributions will directly impact how arenaflex expands into new markets and serves customers in innovative ways.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role at arenaflex, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong Excel skills are particularly valuable for data entry, reporting, and analysis tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
