Account Director – Direct Marketing, Non-Profit Fundraising
Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end fundraising strategy and execution for a large, complex direct mail program
- Collaborate closely with writers, designers, analysts, and program managers to develop compelling, high-performing campaigns across channels
- Serve as a strategic partner to your clients by monitoring performance, managing budgets, and recommending thoughtful adjustments to maximize results
- Mentor and support your team, contribute to business development efforts, and help ensure that our work consistently meets the highest standards of quality and impact
Requirements:
- at least five (5) years of direct response fundraising experience, ideally within a nonprofit or agency environment
- Proven experience leading a large, complex direct mail program
- Strong client management skills
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and campaign performance
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and guide cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience mentoring or managing team members
- A strategic mindset with the ability to balance big-picture thinking and executional detail
- Comfort navigating change and helping teams adapt and grow
