Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Communication: Handle customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms with professionalism and timeliness.
- Travel Solutions Expert: Assist customers with comprehensive travel-related services including reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Information Specialist: Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, fare structures, baggage policies, and airport procedures.
- Conflict Resolution: Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving skills to ensure positive outcomes.
- Collaborative Approach: Work seamlessly with internal teams including airport operations, flight crews, and maintenance departments to resolve complex passenger issues.

Qualifications & Skills
