Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a full‑stack development team comprising hardware engineers, firmware specialists, API architects, SDK developers, and UI/UX designers.
• Define and execute the product roadmap for the arenaflex Interface Pack (AIP), ensuring alignment with market demands and strategic business goals.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, senior leadership, and external partners to translate high‑level vision into detailed technical specifications and actionable development plans.
• Establish and enforce best practices across the software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source‑control governance, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production monitoring.
• Drive cross‑functional initiatives that integrate device firmware, cloud services, and mobile/web applications into a cohesive, scalable solution.

Essential Qualifications
