Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Employment Type: Full-time (Remote) | LATAM – Contractual (Remote) Position Level: Entry Level Years of Experience: At least 6 months of recruiting experience is preferred but not required Fresh graduates are welcome Working Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST) Duties and Responsibilities: Daily in-depth assessment/screening of all applicants Ensures strong implementation and application of different methods of interviewing during all in-depth interviews. Sourcing experience through different job boards LinkedIn recruiter, Zip recruiter, Indeed, Monster etc. Conduct initial screening interviews with prospective applicants. Assist with recommendations to the Hiring Manager or candidate hire, and partner with appropriate stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidates. Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools. Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting. Meeting and hitting required Ops Validation endorsements per day. Expectation setting for all applicants regarding the overall screening process and related stages. Ensure proper monthly/weekly/daily calibrations and expect to set as per assigned accounts/LOBs. Direct a team's sourcing activities to ensure the best candidate selection for each role. Ad-hoc administrative tasks. We do end-to-end recruitment ( we are the ones responsible to do sourcing, conducting interviews, sending assessment exams, and sending the final exam) Join Us: Become a part of our dynamic team!
