Support our trusted mortgage partner helping homeowners resolve important account questions in a structured, professional environment. What You’ll Do Handle inbound calls from homeowners with professionalism and efficiency Assist with payments, escrow accounts, account status, and other servicing inquiries Deliver clear, high-quality customer service Document all interactions accurately in our systems Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when needed Maintain strict compliance when handling sensitive financial information This is a high-focus, back-to-back call environment where consistency, time management, and attention to detail are key. What We’re Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills (phone-based experience preferred) Ability to stay focused and productive in a remote setting Comfortable managing continuous inbound calls Coachable, open to feedback, and committed to growth Basic computer skills and ease navigating multiple systems We’re seeking people who take ownership, stay disciplined, and follow through on commitments.
