We are growing and looking for a Sales Manager to join our AutoStore team. Your tasks The Sales Manager AutoStore is responsible for developing, selling, and expanding AutoStore business in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but not limited to. The role combines strategic sales, solution design, and customer consulting, with a strong focus on building long‑term customer relationships and driving profitable growth. This position operates in a startup‑like environment, requiring a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. As the business grows, the Sales Manager will contribute to shaping the local AutoStore organization.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new AutoStore opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach. Lead the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature, including:Requirements analysis Solution design and layout Simulations and budgeting Offer preparation Contract negotiation and closing Consult customers on logistics processes and automation potential to ensure optimal solution fit. Collaborate with logistics consultants and technical teams to develop high‑quality solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring continuous communication and trust. Develop the CZ/SK AutoStore market, contributing to strategy, forecasting, and pipeline growth. Represent Kardex professionally in customer meetings, events, and industry forums. Support future team expansion, contributing to onboarding and knowledge transfer as the business scales.

Required Qualifications

Your profile Education & Languages Degree in business administration, engineering, or a related technical field. Czech/Slovak native speaker with excellent English skills. Other CEE language is a plus Professional Experience 3+ years of sales and consulting experience in intralogistics, automation, or related fields. Proven track record of successful project sales. Experience with solution selling, technical consulting, or automation projects. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of logistics and IT processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive results. Entrepreneurial mindset with motivation to work in a startup environment. High customer orientation and problem solving ability. Willingness to travel
