The Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU) has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Contracts within the Short and Medium Range Ground Based Air Defense (SMGBAD) area. In this role, the selected candidate will support a variety of proposal activities. The proposals will be in support of both domestic Department of War (DoW), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Foreign Military Funding (FMF), and International Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) munitions captures. The Contract Manager position will liaison with numerous execution teams to ensure seamless transition into execution and alignment in negotiations. This role demands a multi-faceted Contract Manager to solve complex challenges with creative solutions. The candidate’s attributes should include experience with certified cost and pricing data, TINA sweeps, terms and conditions, risk assessment, and negotiations. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to interface seamlessly with multiple program and capture teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What You Will Do

Support the analysis of Requests for Proposal (RFP), development of proposals, proposal reviews and coordination, submittal, fact finding, TINA disclosures and certification, and negotiations, through contract award Identify, mitigate, and resolve proposal issues as they may arise Provide contractual guidance to the capture teams Some travel as required both domestically and internationally (approximately once per quarter)

Qualifications

You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' Experience with United States Government Contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
