Position Summary: TapestryHealth is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Implementation Manager to join our rapidly growing Client Services team. TapestryHealth serves over 1,000 skilled nursing facilities nationwide.dor partners, technical, clinical services teams. This person will not only play a crucial role in the efficient implementation of our tools and services, but also in educating our clients to ensure strong utilization and adoption. An ideal candidate for this role would have a proven track record in project management, preferably in the healthcare technology space, and strong leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Initiation: Develop comprehensive work plans outlining tasks, dependencies, timelines, and resource requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project and technical requirements. Team Leadership and Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, Corporate Account Managers, vendor partners, contractors, and clinical services to ensure alignment with project objectives and timely implementation completion. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members. Foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective communication. Project Execution: Oversee the implementation process, ensuring adherence to the project plan with high client satisfaction. Monitor and control project variables, such as scope, quality, and timelines. Identify risks and issues and work through mitigation strategies promptly to minimize project disruptions. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates. Address stakeholder concerns and expectations, both internal and client facing Conduct regular project status meetings with corporate and facility stakeholders. Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments. Ensure proper documentation of project processes and outcomes. Deliver client education programs to ensure a strong understanding of TapestryHealth’s tools and services seamlessly integrating them into operational and clinical workflows to enhance utilization and adoption. Post-Implementation Evaluation: Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for process improvement. Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate lessons learned into future projects. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or professional certifications in Business, Management, or a related field preferred Proven experience as a Implementation Manager, preferably in healthcare implementation projects is preferred. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Familiarity with project and organization management tools and methodologies. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The anticipated salary range for this role is $60K-$70K. This remote position follows a location-based compensation structure. The posted salary range represents the potential pay range across various U.S. geographic markets. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s primary work location, experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.
