Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, service‑oriented individuals to join our Hybrid Onsite & Remote Customer Service Team. This full‑time role starts with hands‑on training at our Bowling Green, KY location and transitions to a work‑from‑home environment once you’ve mastered the fundamentals. You’ll be the voice of arenaflex’s flagship clients, handling inbound calls, resolving issues, and creating memorable experiences for every caller.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Diagnose and resolve a wide range of inquiries, from billing questions to product troubleshooting.
  • Document each interaction accurately in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and follow‑up actions.
  • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors during the onsite training phase to build rapport and share best practices.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge for the brands you support, staying current on updates and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, including average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Participate in ongoing coaching sessions, webinars, and skill‑building workshops to continuously improve your service delivery.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on recurring customer pain points, helping shape future process enhancements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience in a call‑center, retail, or related environment.
  • High school diploma or GED; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with clear articulation and active listening abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to remain calm and solution‑focused during high‑volume or emotionally charged calls.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free workspace for remote work.
  • Flexibility to attend onsite training sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10 am – 2 pm at 2625 Scottsville Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42104.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Previous experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar tools.

Compensation & Benefits Overview

  • Base hourly wage: $15.50 per hour, plus a $0.50 onsite differential for the training period.
  • Performance bonuses: Top agents regularly earn an additional $4 per hour through incentive programs.
