Transaction Coordinator for a wholesale/flipping team in Austin, TX!
We are hiring a full time Transaction Coordinator for our wholesale/flipping team in Austin, TX! Our team closes 5-8 direct to seller deals every month and we are growing rapidly. I need someone who is excited to help us grow to be one of the top wholesale/flipping companies in Central Texas. I'm great at finding deals and building relationships, but keeping track of deadlines, paperwork, and making sure 5 people are updated on 3 deals at once? That's not my superpower. - Respond to messages fast — emails, texts, tasks — you're on it
- Can manage multiple moving pieces without dropping the ball
- Are warm and easy to work with — buyers, sellers, title companies, and our team all should love you
- Want to grow inside a small high level team that's doing deals every week
- Are in the Austin area or able to work remotely (must be a US citizen)
