  • Information Compilation and Verification: Compile, review, and verify the accuracy of incoming data, sorting and prioritizing information to prepare it efficiently for computer entry and downstream use.
  • Quality Assurance and Error Correction: Scrutinize all data for deficiencies, inconsistencies, or errors. Correct any incompatibilities whenever possible and validate output to ensure the highest standard of accuracy.
  • Research and Resolution: Proactively research and obtain additional information to complete incomplete documents, collaborating with relevant team members when necessary to resolve discrepancies.
  • Application of Data Program Techniques: Apply established data program techniques, procedures, and best practices to optimize the entry, storage, and retrieval of information across our systems.
  • Report Generation and File Storage: Generate routine and ad-hoc reports as requested, store completed work in designated digital locations, and perform regular backup operations to protect organizational data.
  • Document Scanning and Printing: Scan physical documents into digital formats and print files when required, ensuring proper handling and categorization throughout the process.
  • Confidentiality and Data Security: Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies and industry best practices for information security.
  • Information Retrieval and Query Response: Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external queries for information, accessing relevant files and providing accurate, timely responses.
  • Equipment Oversight: Ensure proper use of all working equipment, including computers, scanners, and printers, and promptly address any malfunctions by coordinating with IT support or relevant service providers.
