What You Can Expect from This Role

As a Customer Experience & Passenger Relations Representative at arenaflex, you will be the professional ambassador of our brand in the airport terminal. You will interact with both domestic and international travelers, providing exceptional service that transforms ordinary trips into extraordinary experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction Excellence: Engage with passengers in lobbies, at gates, and throughout the terminal in a kind, helpful, and professional manner. Craft memorable experiences that build customer loyalty and strengthen their commitment to arenaflex.
  • Ticketing and Baggage Assistance: Provide expert guidance on ticketing processes, baggage handling, check-in procedures, and boarding requirements. Ensure that each traveler understands their journey details and feels confident in their travel plans.
  • Travel Issue Resolution: Offer friendly, professional, confident, and insightful service to help resolve customer travel issues, from rebooking flights to addressing delays and disruptions. Turn potentially stressful situations into positive experiences through empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Welcoming and Farewell Services: Greet customers as they begin their journey and bid them farewell as they conclude their travels. Create a warm, inviting atmosphere where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected.

Qualifications We Are Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
  • Age: Minimum of 18 years old.
  • Legal Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
  • Technical Comfort: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
  • Physical Capability: Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as lift and handle baggage as needed.
  • Security Clearance: Ability to obtain a SIDA badge and meet all airport requirements for badging and security.
  • Attendance and Appearance: Ability to meet company attendance requirements and adhere to uniform and appearance standards.
