Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a motivated Remote Part‑Time Data Entry Analyst to join our Investigation and Conduct Change (ICD) team. In this role, you will help design, develop, and maintain data‑centric solutions that drive efficiency, automation, and improved member experiences across our health‑care platforms. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams—including product, engineering, operations, and analytics—to translate business challenges into actionable data models and predictive analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytical models, tools, and calculations to streamline processes within arenaflex’s member‑service ecosystem.
• Identify and quantify opportunities for research that enhance efficiency and increase automation in claims processing and payment reconciliation.
• Design, validate, and deploy predictive models to uncover trends, detect patterns, and recommend data‑backed solutions.
• Extract, transform, and interpret large volumes of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and relevance.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to solve moderately complex business problems, leveraging advanced statistical techniques.
