What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Analyst on our Global Tax team, you will perform a wide range of high-impact responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Hands-On Data Analysis: Conduct detailed, in-depth analyses of large financial datasets; investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex data quality issues that affect downstream reporting and tax calculations.
• Requirements Definition: Translate business needs into technical specifications by analyzing data sets and defining clear enterprise requirements for technical development teams.
• Process Optimization: Partner with client groups across the organization to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and stronger controllership within their existing data processes, and train stakeholders on how to leverage newly designed reporting tools and capabilities.

What You Bring: Basic Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related analytical discipline.
• 3+ years of professional experience in tax, finance, or a closely related analytical field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience writing SQL queries and developing enterprise intelligence reports using industry-leading tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Proven experience defining business requirements and using data and metrics to draw meaningful business insights.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
