Key Responsibilities of the Live Chat Customer Support Specialist

As a Remote Live Chat Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in real time through live chat interfaces on various business websites. Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
