Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Direct, coach, and develop a diverse team of 200+ arenaflex cast members, fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and high performance.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage day‑to‑day operations across multiple arenaflex properties—including on‑site resort locations, the arenaflex Cruise Line, and virtual event platforms—to ensure flawless execution of sales and service initiatives.
  • Strategic Execution: Translate corporate strategy into actionable plans for the Sales Support team, aligning daily activities with broader arenaflex goals for guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and brand loyalty.
  • Performance Management: Set clear performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and implement data‑driven improvements to boost functional efficiency and productivity.
