  • Sales Enablement: Apply consultative selling techniques to build rapport, identify opportunities, address objections, and close sales when appropriate.

  • Issue Resolution: Provide prompt, courteous assistance for account‑related inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and escalating complex cases to senior teams when needed.

Essential Qualifications
