Investment Review Board (IRB) Governance Analyst
This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from Kansas (USA) ITCON Services is seeking an IRB Governance Analyst to provide governance and secretariat support to Investment Review Boards (IRBs) and IT steering committees within USDA FPAC. The Analyst will ensure effective governance operations, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. This role will be accountable for meeting preparation, documentation, policy maintenance, and stakeholder engagement to facilitate timely IRB decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Support IRB and steering committee operations including scheduling and agenda management.
- Develop agendas, briefing materials, and decision packages.
- Document meeting minutes, action items, and decisions.
- Maintain governance charters, policies, procedures, templates, and training materials.
- Track IRB statistics and facilitate out-of-cycle voting actions.
- Support annual IT budget request submissions.
- Maintain governance SharePoint sites and document repositories. Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years' experience supporting IT governance or executive boards.
- Strong organizational and facilitation skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Public Trust clearance eligibility. Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Experience supporting federal IRBs or IT steering committees.
