Position Overview

This full‑time, remote position is designed for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are eager to launch a career in cloud‑based customer support and data entry. You will work closely with specialized outreach teams, product marketing groups, and engineering squads to deliver tailored solutions, technical guidance, and exceptional service to arenaflex’s diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Solution Design

  • Identify business and technical requirements by conducting discovery calls, workshops, and on‑site visits (when needed).
  • Develop and present customized solution architectures that align with client goals, leveraging arenaflex Cloud services, PaaS, and micro‑service frameworks.
  • Produce clear, concise documentation—including whitepapers, slide decks, and RFI responses—to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Technical Support & Project Leadership

  • Lead technical projects from inception through delivery, coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure milestones are met on schedule.
  • Provide hands‑on assistance with data entry, migration, and validation tasks, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
  • Support bid responses, product briefings, and proof‑of‑concept demonstrations, highlighting the value of arenaflex Cloud solutions.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

  • Partner with product marketing and engineering to stay informed about the latest feature releases, roadmap updates, and best practices.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, training materials, and community forums to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Travel to client sites, industry events, and conferences as required to represent arenaflex and gather market insights.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support, data entry, or client‑facing engineering role within a distributed computing environment.
  • Familiarity with modern application development, cloud service delivery, and infrastructure concepts.
  • Hands‑on experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and related technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to translate complex technical details into understandable language.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Eligibility for U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • Experience designing scalable architectures using APIs, micro‑services, PaaS, and container platforms.
  • Background working with government or public sector clients, including familiarity with security and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of application security principles, including web application security, identity & access management, and secure development lifecycles.
