Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for the role, Finance Manager ( mostly remote must live in Florida). Senior Finance Manager A growing multi‑site operation is seeking a Finance Manager to support the Director of Finance and lead core financial operations across manufacturing and retail. This role owns budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, KPI reporting, and market‑level financial insights. The company is going through an acquisition, and this role will be a roll up your sleeves type role. What You’ll Do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and FP&A support
- Manage product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing performance reporting
- Partner with retail leadership to analyze store performance, pricing, promotions, and consumer trends
- Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that drive data‑backed decisions
- Support financial close, compliance, and process improvement across the finance function
- Serve as a business partner to market leadership
Skills
- 6+ years in FPA
- Roll up your sleeves, turnaround company experience,
- Advanced Excel + financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and BI tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
- Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting; MBA/CPA/CMA a plus
