Job Summary We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns. You will utilize various tools and resources to navigate and resolve customer complaints, and communicate empathetically with customers via phone, chat, or email. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize various tools and resources to navigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, chat, or email, providing exceptional customer service
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Swedish (written and verbal) and basic communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Availability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable computer and internet connection (minimum 20mbps download and 8mbps upload speed)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including Swedish and English
  • Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with internal teams Skills and Competencies
