Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Remote Data Entry Analyst who will also serve as an IT Business Analyst for arenaflex’s IT Offices Group. In this dual‑role, you will be the bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that our airport communication infrastructure remains robust, secure, and future‑ready. This is a full‑time, remote position based in Georgia, USA, offering a competitive hourly rate of $28.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Entry: Accurately capture, validate, and maintain critical data related to server farms, remote communication rooms, and IT infrastructure projects.
  • Infrastructure Oversight: Monitor and support the operational health of data center environments, including power, cooling, UPS, and fire safety systems.
  • Project Coordination: Assist senior engineers in planning and executing capital improvement projects, redesigns, and upgrades for airport communication facilities.
  • Vendor Management: Track vendor contracts, ensure compliance with service level agreements, and negotiate cost‑effective solutions for hardware and services.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Produce precise documentation, status reports, and audit trails for all infrastructure changes, ensuring alignment with corporate governance standards.
  • Remote Collaboration: Work closely with on‑site teams, labs, and remote support engineers to coordinate break‑fix activities and preventive maintenance.
  • Compliance & Change Control: Enforce strict change control procedures, conduct risk assessments, and maintain adherence to security and regulatory policies.

Essential Qualifications

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with server hardware, networking concepts, UPS systems, HVAC, and fire safety infrastructure.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to assist in capital project planning, budgeting, and execution.
