  • Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions at the point‑of‑sale (POS) system with speed and precision.
  • Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and voids in accordance with arenaflex policies, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, turning potential issues into positive outcomes.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain clean, organized, and well‑stocked sales floors, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and according to visual‑merchandising standards.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, perform price updates, and assist with stock replenishment using the “first‑in, first‑out” (FIFO) method.
  • Assist with the setup and teardown of promotional displays, seasonal layouts, and special events.
  • Support the “click‑and‑collect” service by preparing online orders for in‑store pickup, verifying items, and delivering them to customers efficiently.
  • Adhere to loss‑prevention protocols, including monitoring for suspicious activity and safeguarding high‑value merchandise.
