Position Overview

This is a full‑time, work‑from‑home opportunity based in the Phoenix, AZ region. While the role is remote, we require candidates to reside within a reasonable commuting distance (approximately 2½ hours) of Phoenix to accommodate occasional in‑person meetings, training sessions, or team events. arenaflex will provide the necessary technology, including a computer, headset, and secure software, so you can focus on delivering top‑notch service from the comfort of your own workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from arenaflex cardholders, providing courteous, accurate, and timely assistance.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date, confidential customer records in arenaflex’s secure CRM system.
  • Resolve inquiries ranging from billing questions to transaction disputes, always aiming for first‑call resolution.
  • Authorize sales, process payments, and perform account updates while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Build rapport with customers, demonstrating empathy and cultural sensitivity in both English and Spanish.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including fraud, collections, and technical support—to ensure seamless issue escalation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with management to enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and performance reviews to continuously sharpen your skill set.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience (or equivalent military experience) with a proven track record of delivering high‑quality support.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to converse, read, and write professionally in each language.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with multiple windows, typing while speaking, and comfort using Microsoft Outlook and other productivity tools.
