As an Insurance Operations Coordinator, you will support client operations by managing account activities, coordinating submissions, and ensuring operational efficiency while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating submission setup
  • Analyzing account details
  • Tracking business activity
  • Assisting with system monitoring and issue resolution

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to learn and navigate systems and supporting applications
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview
  • Experience supporting insurance operations or policy lifecycle processes
  • Insurance designations or progress toward industry certifications
  • Exposure to account servicing, underwriting support, or policy administration functions
