Inside Sales Specialist
Trane Technologies is a world leader in creating comfortable, sustainable, and efficient climate solutions for buildings, homes, and transportation. They are hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to support the outside sales team, manage customer inquiries, and ensure a seamless sales process from quoting to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key contact to customers to provide information on complete sales cycle from quote through delivery
- Contact current and potential customers to generate sales
- Develop, sell, and convert accounts to recurring revenue service contracts
- Ensure that all paperwork, purchase orders, rental agreements, reports etc. are maintained to respond to customer inquiries timely and ensure internal process requirements
- Handle inventory to stocking levels. Ensure the order process is complete and error-free
- Mentor peers and share standard methodologies with those less experienced as needed
Skills
- Customer service and inside sales experience preferred
- Ability to understand the need, solve problems, and respond in an efficient manner
- Strong organizational, time management, communication and multi-tasking skills
- A strong knowledge and comfort level with computers
- HVAC experience preferred but not required
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
