[Remote] Appointment Setter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Clinic Lab AI helps dental clinics scale by implementing AI automation. They are seeking a driven Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for prospects, responsible for qualifying leads, setting appointments, and driving revenue opportunities for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone, text, email, and social channels
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for our closing team
  • Follow proven scripts while adapting to real conversations
  • Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (appointments booked, show rates, etc.)
  • Keep CRM notes up-to-date and ensure leads are properly tracked
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategies

Skills

  • 1+ year of experience in appointment setting OR virtual sales closing, preferably in B2B medical
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with clear KPIs
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn CRM & dialer systems
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and coachable
