[Remote] Appointment Setter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Clinic Lab AI helps dental clinics scale by implementing AI automation. They are seeking a driven Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for prospects, responsible for qualifying leads, setting appointments, and driving revenue opportunities for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone, text, email, and social channels
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for our closing team
- Follow proven scripts while adapting to real conversations
- Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (appointments booked, show rates, etc.)
- Keep CRM notes up-to-date and ensure leads are properly tracked
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategies
Skills
- 1+ year of experience in appointment setting OR virtual sales closing, preferably in B2B medical
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with clear KPIs
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn CRM & dialer systems
- Reliable, self-motivated, and coachable
