Sales Development Representative -- Phoenix
SV Academy is hiring Sales Development Representatives, providing free sales training and a paid residency program. The role involves outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for Account Executives, with daily coaching from mentors.
Responsibilities
- You'll learn the fundamentals of B2B sales: outbound calls, email and LinkedIn outreach, objection handling, qualification, and the tools used by modern SDRs (Salesforce or HubSpot, Outreach or Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- You'll work full-time as a W-2 employee of SV Academy at one of our partner companies
- Real sales work: outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn; qualifying inbound leads; scheduling discovery meetings for Account Executives
- You'll get daily coaching from an SV Academy mentor and from the partner's sales leadership
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Professional fluency in English
- Authorized to work in the United States
