Docusign is a leading company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management solutions, serving over 1.5 million customers globally. The Sales Development Representative will engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for Account Executives, primarily focusing on outbound calls to prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospects who have expressed interest in learning more about Docusign
  • Make outbound calls to prospects who are deemed to reside in one of Docusign’s core vertical markets
  • Share information about Docusign and ask questions about the prospect's business intentions
  • Discern propensity to buy and forward good potential leads to the Sales Account Executives to pursue
  • Schedule appointments between prospects and Account Executives
  • Record prospect information in CRM database

Skills

  • A university degree or relevant tertiary qualification
  • Prior experience working in sales
  • A driven, enthusiastic and hard-working nature
  • The ability to form strong business relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
